Every vocation begins at home. Not in a seminary, nor in a convent, but in the warmth of a family that prays, loves, and serves.
There one learns to say “yes,” to look beyond oneself, to discover that life becomes great when it is given.

The parish community, the group, the movement, are places where faith becomes a living experience.
There one discovers one’s gifts, shares concerns, and finds concrete models of self-giving.

👉 It accompanies, encourages, sustains… and prays.
A community that prays for vocations brings them to birth.
A Church of vocations
We need families and communities that live their own vocation with joy, knowing that this is already a witness.
When a married couple live in unity, when a priest serves with passion, when a religious sister smiles with faith, they are preaching with their life.
Sowing vocations in our environments
Vocation is not a topic of the past nor only for “others.”
It is the great adventure of every Christian: to discover how God wants to love the world through you.

Let us speak about vocation naturally.
Let us look at our young people with eyes of faith:
“This boy would be a good priest.”
“That girl has a big heart for service.”
And let us not only think it: let us pray for them.
Each prayer is a seed in God’s field.
